Ingredients
- 11 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 21 tsp baking soda
- 31/2 tsp salt
- 41/2 cup buttermelted
- 53/4 cup brown sugarpacked
- 61 whole eggbeaten
- 71 tsp vanilla extract
- 83 whole ripe bananasmashed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 4x8 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.

Mash bananas in a separate bowl until smooth.
Cooking Instructions

In another bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar.

Stir in beaten egg and vanilla extract.

Add mashed bananas and mix well.

Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and stir until just combined.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.
Additional Notes
The riper the bananas, the more flavorful your bread will be. Look for bananas with brown spots.
