Quick Chicken Stir Fry

- 11 lb chicken breastcut into strips
- 22 tbsp vegetable oil
- 32 whole bell pepperssliced
- 42 cups broccoli florets
- 52 whole carrotssliced thin
- 63 cloves garlicminced

- 83 tbsp soy sauce
- 92 tbsp oyster sauce
- 101 tsp cornstarch

Preparation

Cut chicken into thin strips.

Slice bell peppers and carrots.

Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.

Mince garlic and ginger.

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
Cooking Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add chicken and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Add remaining oil to the pan.

Add carrots and broccoli, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Return chicken to the pan.

Pour sauce over everything and toss to coat.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.

Serve immediately over rice.
Additional Notes
Serve over steamed rice or noodles. Feel free to substitute vegetables based on what you have available.
